What Are Non-Surgical Procedures?

These are the procedures where an incision isn’t necessary. Rather, the problem areas are treated with injections. After surgery by another doctor I was left with a minor but irritating stitch poking through the skin. I was told it would require minor surgery to solve the problem with a surgical fee. I went for a second opinion by Dr. Church. He saw the problem, removed it with very little discomfort and a small office visit fee. I am thrilled with the results. I highly recommend him.

I was so nervous about my procedure and all of the things that could go wrong. Dr. Church and each of the ladies were so reassuring and comforting. My first appt with them was so informative and thorough that I left having no hesitation about choosing Dr. Church as the one to ultimately do my life-changing procedure. And it was just that, Life-changing. I had never felt confident in a swimsuit or lingerie or even just a simple low-cut top. I even got teased in school for not developing like the other girls. The whole building is decorated so beautifully, and the staff is incredibly accommodating. They ask you what music you want to hear, would you like snacks or a soda, a pillow, ect. I will start with Dr. Church and all of staff were and are wonderful. It was at first very scary for me as I had basal cell carcinoma on my forehead that was removed by my surgeon. It had left a very large hole that he could not close due to the size. He referred me to Dr. Church for repair. Dr. Church was very clear, comforting, and compassionate about what I needed done. The surgery he performed was a skin graft off my thigh and used to cover the hole. I had a bandage that looked like a flower blossom to get the graft to take, so it wouldn't move. I had to call him once on a weekend and he was so prompt in answering me and reassuring me everything was ok and I went into the office the following Monday just to take a look. All is healing as should and 2-1/2 months it will continue to heal and look normal. Skin is an amazing thing and I can't thank Dr. Church and staff enough. Thank you.

I have always been a top heavy person even in my youth. Aways had to order my bras and spend lots doing it. Well all of that changed when I met Dr. Jeff Church and his wonderful staff. My entire life changed. I'd been to several doctors asking for a breast reduction because of the pain and discomfort I was feeling in my back, shoulders and neck and was never taken serious. I would get answers like you can't be serious, you're just a little depressed today or people pay good money to have breast like yours. Well I can truly say when I went to see Dr. Church and his staff I was taken serious. They saw the pain and discomfort I was experiencing and set out to make me better. I have never been able to buy a bra from Wal-Mart and now I can. Weeks after my surgery one of the nurses suggested I try Wal-Mart for the sports bra I was supposed to wear during this time. Well I went to Wal-Mart asked one of the ladies in that department for help, while I went in the dressing room to try on several differnt bras she looked for others for me. When she came back to the dressing room I was in tears and she wanted to know what was wrong, I couldn't stop crying at the time so my husband explained to her that I had a breast reduction and that I was never able to buy a bra out of Wal-Mart before. Needless to say the associate teared up as well. Long story short I am so very greatful to Dr Church and his wonderful staff for being on this journey with me. I can not express how truly wonderful Dr Church and his staff is. At this doctor office the atmosphere is like no other. From the moment you walk in until the time you leave you know that everyone in this office truly cares about you and your well being.

I have a long history of melanoma in my family. All of the dermatologist that I have seen in Brunswick County NC have just told me keep an eye on things. Well I have, and I do. Not once did they take my concerns seriously. First time I saw Dr. Church, he took my concerns seriously, and proceeded to remove the moles that I am/was concerned about. He has wonderful bedside manners, and even though he is not in my BCBS plan, I will pay cash just to see this man. He is wonderful. He is patient. He is knowledgeable and kind. He is worth every penny I have and more.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer 3 years ago. I was supposed to have surgery in CLT but my Fiancé was really famous in sports world & couldn’t take me to dr appointments. My mother had recently had a lumpectomy & recommended a lady in Wilmington, her Dr. I saw her & she recommended 1 firm & 3 doctors there. I chose Dr Church b/c his wife & I had volunteered together on a breast cancer event & knew his convictions. I had to have 4-5 surgeries. I am 3 years out & look like a Barbie doll! Lol. He’s also been so kind. I’ve had several Botox injections & they didn’t work. He said it was a rare incident & 1 other client in Jacksonville had the same gene abnormality. He actually did a report to the Medical Board about this. Super smart. I had gastric bypass 11 years ago and kept off 160 lbs. excited to make an appointment with him in next month for full body lift. Wouldn’t trust anyone else. He is incredible. Highly recommend & proud he went out on his own.

I absolutely love Dr. Church and his wonderful staff! I was just there this morning for Botox injections and I can’t tell you what a great experience it was. I was so stressed out before I got there, as I live out of town and grossly underestimated Wilmington traffic. Even though I was late (I called to let them know), the staff made me feel welcome the moment I walked in the door. I was immediately put at ease. As far as Botox, Dr. Church really is a master of his craft and I wouldn’t trust my face with anyone else but him!! HIGHLY recommend!

Dr. Church is amazing! I would highly recommend him for ANY surgery! I had extremely big babies, and I’m a smallish girl. My stomach muscles were severely torn to shreds. And caused my guts to literally push through. He fixed all that mess and also made it look beautiful at the same time! Dr Church is an amazing doctor whose only focus is his patients well being. Dr Church and I have been though a lot. I am wheelchair bound and because of that got a pressure sore. He did surgery on me not once but 3 times even saw me on a Saturday at the office. My problem was infection which was not exactly his specialty but he took time out of his busy schedule to research antibiotics that would help me. I am so thankful to him for all he did and all the time he took researching. That pressure ulcer could have been my death. Well it’s been about 10 years since then and i am still here with a new grandson who makes life amazing.
I also want to say Midge and Jillian were the best assistants ever. They both were 2 of the sweetest ladies ever. Actually the first surgery I had I was so worried I asked Midge would she please go help him with my surgery. She said yes sweetheart I will be there with him, now I was asleep and don’t know if she was or not but just thinking she was there helped me out a lot. Oh and Dr Church plays some awesome music while in surgery or either I dreamed it.

I had a breast lift with implants done in FL when my family and I went home for Thanksgiving. My husband is active duty military and currently we are stationed in NC.
