The penis will initially feel numb the first day of the procedure due to the local anesthesia used for the procedure as well as the presence of local anesthetic within the hyaluronic filler itself which will dissipate with time. Normal sensation should return after swelling has subsided. Fillers in general should not cause changes in sensation.
