Jillian

Surgery Coordinator

Hello everyone! My name is Jillian, and I am the surgical coordinator/assistant for Dr. Jeffrey Church. I have been in healthcare for over 15 years. I have a loving and devoted fiancé, and we are blessed with two incredible children. I was raised in sunny, beautiful Southern California and moved to Long Island, NY about 15 years ago, where I began my career working in plastic surgery with an incredible team that mentored me and helped create my love for this career. We moved our family to this wonderful state of North Carolina to give my children a better upbringing.
Where I grew up, physical appearance was a priority. It is a way of life. Most people are not blessed with perfect genetics or need cosmetic care due to an unfortunate situation. It gives me great joy to see patients' transform after a procedure and be a part of making them feel good about themselves. The more confident you feel about yourself from the outside, the better you feel from the inside. As a woman, you can imagine the ongoing struggle I have been fighting with balancing my hormones and how my body has been making the ultimate sacrifice for it. I can very much relate to insecurities that can’t be fixed with a simple cream or a special diet. That is why I find my job incredibly rewarding. I am so blessed to work for such an amazing surgeon and to be a part of Team Church--genuine caregivers that are just as passionate about their job as I am. I look forward to helping you feel your absolute best inside and out. Remember this: "You are always WORTH IT."

Leslye

Nurse Injector

Hey there, I’m Leslye, nurse injector for Dr. Church. I have been in nursing for 12 years. My career started in the Emergency Department, and I have been doing aesthetic nursing for the past several years. There are so many aspects of my job I love, but I would have to say the best part is watching my patient’s insecurities melt away during our visit. It is such a joy to see my patient’s face in the mirror when we have completed a treatment. One of the highest compliments I have received is that many of my patients have commented that they can tell I really love my job. And it is true- I am just as excited today about my patient’s results as I was when I first started injecting.
Come see me for a complimentary consult and we can discuss the different options of opening and brightening eyes with Neurotoxin, lifting a face that is starting to look heavy and tired with cheek filler, plumping and smoothing lips, softening circles under eyes, or defining a chin and jawline.

Catalina

Administrative Assistant/ Translator

Hola! Hello! My name is Catalina. I was born in Texas but raised in North Carolina, and I still consider myself an NC native. I lived in Houston for about 6 years and recently relocated back to NC with my husband and two pups. I’ve worked in the healthcare field for over 8 years but have never felt more welcome and at home than I do here at la Belle vie. I’m currently pursuing a degree in IT Communication. My favorite past times are trying new food, snowboarding (when the weather permits), watching crime docs, taking my dogs on adventures/experiences, and traveling. My father is from the Philippines and my mother is from Mexico so naturally I grew up speaking fluent Spanish in my household. I am currently translating for Dr. Church, and what I appreciate most about our office is that we’ve never known a stranger and that it is truly a “judgement free” place for everyone here no matter where they are from.
Así que no dude en llamar a nuestra oficina para una consulta gratuita o si tiene alguna otra pregunta. Estaré encantado de ayudarte y conocerte. ¡Te veremos pronto!
