Meet the Team
Our super friendly, experienced staff members are here to make sure you feel reassured and satisfied with the care and treatments you receive.
Hello everyone! Let me introduce myself, my name is Jillian Campbell, nurse for Dr. Jeffrey Church. I have been in healthcare for over 15 years. I have a loving and devoted fiancé and we are blessed with two incredible children. I have a sweet 10-year-old boy and a very energetic 3-year-old little girl. I was born in Philadelphia, PA, but was raised in sunny, beautiful Southern California. I moved to Long Island, NY about ten years ago where I began my career working in plastic surgery with an incredible team that mentored me and helped create my love for this career. I just recently moved my family to this wonderful state of North Carolina to be closer to family and give my children a better upbringing. Where I grew up, physical appearance is priority. It is a way of life. Most people are not blessed with perfect genetics or need cosmetic care due to an unfortunate situation. It gives me great joy in seeing patient’s reactions after a procedure and being a part of making them feel good about themselves. The more confident you feel about yourself from the outside, the better you feel on the inside. A few years back, I was diagnosed with Graves’ disease and had to have radiation on my thyroid. As a woman, you can imagine the ongoing struggle I have been fighting with balancing my hormones and ever since my body has been making the ultimate sacrifice for it. I can very much relate to insecurities that can’t be fixed with a simple cream or a special diet. That is why I find my job incredibly rewarding. I am so blessed to work for such an amazing surgeon and to be a part of Team Church, genuine caregivers, that are just as passionate about their job as I am. I look forward to helping you feel your absolute best inside and out.
Hey guys! My name is Brooke McClintic and I’m the newest addition to the Team Church family and I couldn’t be happier! Professionally, a Registered Nurse with 11 years experience and a background in Dermatology. I’m new to Plastic Surgery and it’s been a very valuable and fulfilling experience for me! I am learning from the absolute best and it has truly enriched my love for nursing all over again. The patients make this career so rewarding. For them to be so trusting, brave and willing to allow me to be apart of their journey means the world to me!
When I’m not with Team Church, I am with my husband Tyler and our two children, Mosley and Major. Born, raised and completed college in Virginia, I was finally ready to trade the mountains for the beach and we’ve enjoyed coastal living in beautiful North Carolina for 5 years now. My biggest passion is my family and spreading the word on the importance of registering as an organ donor as this holds a very near a dear place in my heart. Thanks for allowing me to be part of your journey, hope to see you soon!
Hello, my name is Carrie Wyatt and I am excited to share with you, a little bit about myself. My medical experience began 13 years ago in my home state of Ohio. Go Buckeyes! I was born in Toledo, Ohio, where I worked in neuro trauma surgery for 8 exciting years. After too many years of shoveling snow, long winters and short summers, I relocated back to sunny North Carolina in 2014. Once I was settled in, I accepted a position in a dermatology practice where I worked for the past 5 years. So, now I am ecstatic and thrilled to work alongside of an extraordinary team of individuals here at La Belle Vie! I truly love my job, the environment and the patients we see daily. In my free time, I enjoy staying active by working out, playing beach volleyball and spend a fair amount of time on the boat cruising the Intracostal Waterway. I feel so blessed to be part of Dr. Church’s team and see the changes that our patients go through on their personal journeys. I’m very excited for my own journey in plastic surgery and look forward to all that the future holds!
Compassionate. Caring. Experienced. Being able to establish a caring, compassionate relationship with her patients has long been one of Midge’s strengths. She places patient care and safety above all and uses her 20+ years of nursing experience to ensure that her patients feel like “one of the family.” She has a passion for healthy, youthful appearance of the skin; beauty on the outside to match inner beauty that Midge believes is in everyone she meets. The youngest of four children, Midge spent most of her childhood and young adult life living in Ohio. Being the beach lover, she enjoys being outdoors, and she is considered by most to be a seasoned “grill master.”
