Jillian

Surgery Coordinator

Hi, I’m Jillian, surgical coordinator to Dr. Jeffrey Church and Dr. Casey Sheck. With over 15 years in healthcare and a deep passion for plastic surgery, I’m proud to be part of a team that’s truly committed to helping patients feel confident and empowered.

Originally from sunny Southern California, I began my journey in plastic surgery after moving to New York, where I was fortunate to learn from an incredible team. Today, I call North Carolina home, where I live with my loving fiancé and our two wonderful children.

As a woman who’s faced my own challenges with hormones and body changes, I deeply understand how personal this journey can be. That’s why I find so much meaning in what I do supporting patients as they take steps to feel better in their own skin.

It’s a privilege to work alongside such a compassionate and talented team. I look forward to being part of your transformation.

Always remember: you are worth it.

Administrative Assistant

Hi! My name is Viridiana, or Vi, and I am one of the administrative assistants here at la Belle vie. I grew up in the small town of Whiteville, North Carolina and recently made a move to the city of Wilmington to continue my journey in healthcare. I chose la Belle vie because of it’s warm and professional environment offered to not only their patients, but to their staff as well. leslye headshot

Leslye

Nurse Injector

Hey there, I’m Leslye, nurse injector for Dr. Church. I have been in nursing for 12 years. My career started in the Emergency Department, and I have been doing aesthetic nursing for the past several years. There are so many aspects of my job I love, but I would have to say the best part is watching my patient’s insecurities melt away during our visit. It is such a joy to see my patient’s face in the mirror when we have completed a treatment. One of the highest compliments I have received is that many of my patients have commented that they can tell I really love my job. And it is true- I am just as excited today about my patient’s results as I was when I first started injecting.
Come see me for a complimentary consult and we can discuss the different options of opening and brightening eyes with Neurotoxin, lifting a face that is starting to look heavy and tired with cheek filler, plumping and smoothing lips, softening circles under eyes, or defining a chin and jawline.
nick headshot

Nick

Scrub Tech

Nick Madonna ( yes, that’s really his last name ) comes to us via Atlanta, GA where he spent the last five years scrubbing in on a spectrum of plastic surgery procedures. Looking to fine tune his skills even more under the tutelage of Dr. Church, Nick up and moved to Wilmington at the start of 2024 to start work at La Belle Vie.

While a native New Yorker, and all around city boy, Nick has joyfully traded his fast paced metropolitan life for one of beachcombing and swimming. He may be quick witted and often jovial, he’s serious about his craft, yet another reason to feel confident having surgery with us here.

REGISTERED NURSE

My name is Holly, and I am one of the Registered Nurses at la Belle vie. I am originally from just outside Philadelphia, PA (Go Birds!) but have called North Carolina home for the past 8 years. I earned my nursing degree from East Carolina university, where I quickly fell in love with the charm of the south. The moment I visited Wilmington, I knew it was where I belonged. I began my career in the Emergency Department here in Wilmington, where I developed a passion for helping others and caring for patients during their most vulnerable moments. After three and a half years, I was ready for a new challenge and transitioned into the world of plastic surgery. Joining this field has been incredibly rewarding. I love helping people feel confident and at their best. I especially enjoy forming close relationships with my patients, guiding them through consultations, pre-op, surgery, and follow-up care. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment where patients feel at ease and comfortable with a familiar face.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my sister and friends, going to the beach, reading, and traveling. I truly look forward to meeting you and being a part of your journey!

Chelsea

Medical Assistant

Hey yall, I'm Chelsea, a medical assistant here at La Belle Vie. I served as a Navy Corpsman for almost seven years, which gave me a strong foundation in patient care and medical readiness in all kinds of environments. After my time in the military, I continued in healthcare as a medical assistant in podiatry, and now I'm excited to be part of the amazing team at La Belle Vie. My Navy travels took me all over the world, but something always pulls me back to coastal North Carolina. There's just something about the pace of life and the sense of community here that feels like home.
Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my big ol labradoodle, Tater, who is commonly referred to as my house horse. He's full of personality, loves attention, and keeps life fun and unpredictable. Whether we’re walking on the beach or just hanging out, he's always the center of attention.
I'm excited to bring my experience, empathy, and military background to the care I provide. Helping patients feel confident and comfortable is what I love most about this work.
