The aim of the mastopexy is to lift and reshape the breast, giving it a more desirable look without increasing volume. We begin with consultations to decide what you want from your new breasts. Then, we carry it out by carefully removing the excess skin, as well as surgically tightening up the remaining tissue, which helps create a firmer, more youthful look. A breast lift can also include treatment to reduce nipple size, as they, too, can grow larger with time.

Following the treatment, our surgeon will follow up with more face-to-face consultations. This includes not only ensuring you are happy with the changes, but we can also discuss the option of a breast augmentation in a second stage surgery if more volume is desired.

What to do and what not to do during recovery

Strenuous activities or heavy lifting for 4-6 weeks after surgery
Smoking for at least four to six weeks before and after surgery as it can impair the healing process and increase the risk of complications
Drinking alcohol for one week before and after surgery as it can interfere with your medications and increase the risk of complications

Rest and get plenty of sleep to promote healing
Take your prescribed medications as directed to manage any discomfort
Wear a supportive bra or compression garment to help reduce swelling
Attend all scheduled follow-up appointments with your plastic surgeon to monitor your progress

Leslye was amazing!!! My lips are still slightly swollen since it’s only been three days but I can tell that the shape and size of my lips are exactly what I wanted.
